    1.  If you haven't owned a home for more than 3 yers you will qualify.
    2.  You will receive an $8,000 check.
    3.  The income limit for a Single Person is $125,000.
    4.  The income limit for a married couple is $225,000.
    5.  Must be under contract by 4/30/10 and close by 6/30/10.

$6,500 for people that purchase a home if they have owned their current home for 5 years or longer.

FACTS:
    1. You will receive a $6,500 check.

    2. You can purchase a lower price home, or a more expensive home than your corrent home.
    3.  Same income limits as 1st time home buyers.
    4.  You must have lived in the residence for 5 consecutive years as your primary residence.
    5.  Must be under contract by 4/30/10 and closed by 6/30/10.
